Who am i
Who am I?
My name is Eryk, I am currently a student of Culinary Arts Institutue in Varna in Bulgaria. I come from Poland and live in Bulgaria since 5 years. I am a proud owner of my dog Didi.
Why cooking?
Well, I come from a totally different background, as I used to work in an regular 9 to 5 workplace. After some years, I have felt that something is missing and that I need to make a change, so decided to develop in the culinary field. I don’t regret this decision!
Where did you work so far?
So far, I have worked as a cook in BM Varna, as well as learning a lot of techniques in the Culinary Arts Institute in the meantime. I also cook for my dog from time to time, she likes to eat what i prepared, so I hope my food is edible, well at least for her it is.
What are you expecting from this career path?
I am expecting to feed my family, friends and my society with comfort food. I don’t really have any other expectations than having fun and enjoying what I am doing.
